A night to celebrate the quite incredible female artists who are shaping the scene in the MENA region, this party in Soho Garden’s intimate-yet-still-spectacular Playroom features a line-up that epitomises the diversity and evolution of the regional scene. From the melodic house of Saudi Arabia’s first star female DJ, Cosmicat, Egypt’s Yas Meen Selectress’ Middle Eastern electronic music and rhythmic bass music influenced by New York’s diasporic club scene, Parvané (Iran via Paris) ranging through genres, from Miami Bass, Breakbeat, UKG, house, Tech House, Chicago house, ghetto tech and Disco ro afro and Brazilian funk sounds, this is a night of collective joy and musical exploration.

Powerhouse DJ and production duo Deep Dish are not only the closing keynote speakers at the Summit, they’re also the headline act for the official IMS Dubai closing party at Soho Garden flagship venue, HIVE. In a partnership that has spanned nearly three decades, the Iranian born, US raised duo have been responsible for some of the defining tracks in house music, from their classic remixes of De’Lacy’s ‘Hideaway; and ‘Dreams‘ with Stevie Nicks to ‘Hello’ and ‘Flashdance’. Ably supported by Thessaloniki born Echonomist, whose atmospheric productions have featured on labels from Watergate to Innervisions, Olympus, whose melodic sound can be found on labels from Afterlife and Just This and London based, acid inspired Lebanese artist Klo, who has moved floors from Phonox in London to retro groove in Cairo.

The ultimate Drum N Bass club night, Project 174, is headlined by legendary UK dance music guru, GOLDIE, who will be joined by the sharpest local DJ talent. GOLDIE's been at the cutting edge of the Drum N Bass and jungle scene since it began almost 30 years ago. Awarded an MBE for his royal contributions to music, GOLDIE stands as the king of jungle, Drum N Bass, and breakbeat.
