Andy Crysell spent the 1990s as a music and subculture journalist, interviewing a who’s who of pioneers for iconic publications like NME, The Face, Muzik, i-D, Dazed & Confused, Mixmag and DJ. Over the last two decades, he has founded, grown and subsequently sold successful agencies based in London, Singapore, Amsterdam, Los Angeles, New York City, Sydney, and Stockholm, crafting cultural strategies for clients like Nike, adidas, Apple, Netflix, Spotify, LVMH, Heineken, Google and IKEA.

Since exiting his last business, Crowd DNA, he's worked as a non-executive director, joined the advisory board of the Museum of Youth Culture and the 20/20 Levels charity, contributed to mentoring programs and authored the book Selling The Night, exploring club culture’s intersection with brands, advertising and the creative industries. He divides his time between London and Brooklyn.
