Elia Mssawir, a native of Lebanon, has made a remarkable impact during his illustrious decade-long career in the music industry. His journey has been marked by collaborations with industry titans like Snoop Dogg and Tinie Tempah, as well as a strong focus on nurturing emerging talents from the Middle East.

In 2014, Elia took a significant step forward by establishing a UK-based music company, where he successfully organized tours and secured festival appearances for artists hailing from the Middle East. Driven by a relentless pursuit of professional growth, Elia expanded his horizons on the international stage by joining forces with some of the most renowned figures in the industry. His unwavering commitment eventually led him to relocate to the United Arab Emirates, where he launched the highly acclaimed Big Beards Entertainment. In recognition of his exceptional contributions to artist management and development, Elia was honored with the prestigious title of Entertainment Manager of the Year by TP Magazine in 2019.

The following year presented Elia with an extraordinary opportunity to lead the content and music for the opening ceremony of Expo 2020. Additionally, he collaborated closely with the iconic musician A.R Rahman at the esteemed Firdaus studio on the Expo site, leaving an indelible mark on this momentous occasion. In 2022, Elia unveiled his latest venture, GXR Records, where he served as the esteemed CEO, guiding the company towards new heights of success. In 2024, Elia invested in several global entertainment companies and tech platforms with the aim of enhancing the music and entertainment industry in the region.
