In 2013, he seized a pivotal opportunity with Addmind at White Dubai, marking a significant turning point. Under his leadership, the nightclub soared from 49th to 15th in DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs and was named the city’s best for three consecutive years. With a sharp understanding of nightlife trends and a passion for innovation, Elie has been instrumental in Addmind's growth in the entertainment industry.

As Managing Partner, he now oversees renowned venues like White Abu Dhabi, White Festival, Be Beach, Bar du Port, Iris, and La Mezcaleria, and is the founder of Studio A, Addmind’s event management agency. With over 15 years of experience, Elie’s leadership continues to drive success across the group’s diverse portfolio. His determination also led to Addmind’s landmark partnership with The Night League, bringing Ushuaia to Dubai for the first time in history.
