Kazim Rashid is a renowned music industry executive, creative director, and award-winning filmmaker. Born in Oldham, Manchester, he was introduced to the intersection of music and fashion at a young age, sparking a career that has spanned two decades.
After studying Politics and Middle Eastern Studies at Leeds University, where he promoted his own successful events, Kazim moved to Berlin, where he launched the record labels somethinksounds, The Love Below and 2020 Midnight Visions as well as the online magazine somethinkblue. With early A&R success, Kazim took on senior roles, including running Time Out Berlin and leading major global music campaigns at Vice’s Virtue agency during the height of the EDM boom. He later returned to the UK as Head of Marketing at Warp Records, managing projects like Aphex Twin’s high-profile comeback album Syro. In 2016, Kazim founded ENDLESSLOVESHOW, a London and Berlin-based artist management and creative direction studio, where he has guided the careers of Grammy and Mercury Prize-nominated artists.
The studio’s brand client list spans global brands such as Nike, New Balance, and Interscope Records. Currently, alongside artist management Kazim serves as Chief Creative & Brand Officer at global music platform Resident Advisor, overseeing brand strategy, all creative output and projects, including co-founding their brand partnerships studio, 23:59.
