Moe Hamzeh has cultivated a 26+ year career in the fields of music and cultural business, multimedia, digital entertainment, and retail across the MENA region. His passion for music also led him to develop international expertise in artist development and rights management.
In April 2023, Moe joined MDLBEAST Music as Executive Director of Arabic, Regional Music, and Talent Development, a new division under MDLBEAST Records focused on talent development across various deals, including master rights, 180, and 360 deals. Recently, he transitioned to the role of Music Business Advisor, continuing to lend his expertise in talent and music business strategy.
In his former role, he served as the Managing Director of Warner Music (WM) Middle East, appointed to establish and manage the Warner Music affiliate from 2018 to 2022 in the MENA region. In his role, he grew and developed WM’s presence, promoted international artists, and nurtured a roster of Arabic artists and repertoire in the MENA region.
Moe began his career in 1998 as a Label Manager with Warner Music’s regional licensee at the time, Music Master. He then founded Temple Entertainment, an independent label and publishing company, before working for Virgin Megastores as a Product Marketing Manager. In 2008, he joined Melody Music Group as a General Manager. In 2012, he took up the role of Head of Content for M.Media, a V.O.D platform for Lebanese and regional movies, documentaries, and series, where he was responsible for original productions and licensing.
