Philipp Straub is an Austrian based DJ, talent buyer and consultant who’s been actively in the dance music scene for three decades. He started building his legacy in the early 90’s and he managed to become one of the most prolific personas within the music community. For the last couple of years, he’s been successfully merging multiple ambitious projects as well as his own DJ career. His music is regularly released on respectful labels such as Bedrock, Ovum, MoBlack, Multinotes, just to name a few.
With his company Titan International, which is based between Vienna / Austria and Ibiza / Spain he is responsible for many of the most prestigious events as well as talent bookings worldwide. Formally known as head mentor of Coca Cola’s Burn & Burn Residency, where he was working for 8 years with his fellow friends Carl Cox, Luciano, Pete Tong, Loco Dice and others, massively supporting new talents and helping them become part of the world of electronic music. As Music Director of Soho Garden Development & Sekoya Management, which is the biggest venue operator in Dubai, he is handling a huge number of top-notch events such as elrow, Solomun, Cocoon, Music On, etc.!
With his business partner Andrew van Ginneken who is looking after their UK office, they work as head consultant for Venture Lifestyle in Egypt, helping them to develop their brand P+us, as well as looking after all of their artist bookings. He also consults hospitality groups and venues in India, Turkey, Netherlands, Austria and Morocco. With his strong presence and positive mind, Philipp Straub will continue to spread his knowledge and experience for years to come.
