Yas Meen Selectress, is an Egyptian multi-genre DJ based in Cairo, crafting rhythmic club experiences with a blend of percussive bass and cultural nuances. Drawing from her Egyptian upbringing and a decade in New York, her sets create a fresh blend between Middle Eastern electronic music and rhythmic bass music influenced by New York’s diasporic club scene. Yas Meen is also a community organizer and co-founder of Cairo's all-female led music and cultural collective Dhamma.
